When getting the car detailed for initial pickup, the right rear bumper was dented and scratched. Still waiting for service to call to schedule the repair. Additionally, the clear bra and front window tint work order is still open and unscheduled as well. Once those two issues are resolved I’m sure I’ll be happier with service, but feel like these issues shouldn’t take long to get on the schedule, yet no action has been taken by the service department.

We had to wait awhile to purchase our car. Everyone was very nice, but the process took a long time. Our son missed his soccer game and we were frustrated having to spend a few hours waiting for help.

I don't understand what was done at the 35K service, other than a tire rotation, that cost me $89. The "multi-point inspection" should not cost that much either. And they didn't even change my oil
