Subject: Follow-up on Incorrect Passenger Side Mirror Dear Kevin and Team, I’m following up on the passenger side mirror for my 2022 4Runner with the 360° camera system. The wrong mirror was ordered and installed, and without the correct one, I’m unable to fully utilize the vehicle’s technology. I would appreciate an update on when this issue will be resolved. My rep was great but the work ended up costing more than the estimate and that is after he told me at checkout that one cost was less than expected and he said he gave me a discount. I should’ve questioned him at the time. He was very pleasant and great at correspondence.
