This was my second time with Ashley, and I want to express again how amazing she is. If youre trying to gain customer loyalty shes the greatest boon you have. Shes kind, and funny, and welcoming. Shes understanding, and today she really helped me by making the service affordable. Please give her a raise, a comendation, or something because she really deserves it, and shes keeping customers like me coming to your location.
I was initially quoted a repair cost ($450) which turned out to be more than 50% under the final cost ($927 & change). Sticker shock!
Also, again, my driver’s seat was not moved back to its original position. I couldn’t reach the peddles until I moved the seat forward several inches.

Provided recommendations, did not wait for response, performed oil change and tire rotation only. 45K mile service not performed. Claimed to be a glitch in texting. Showed time stamp on my text, claim was it was sent 45 minutes earlier.
Nice new service department, tablets, all staff. Service remains incompetent, uninformed. Will not return. Waste of time and money.
