You did not address the problem that I brought my vehicle in for in the first place. Then to top off all the frustration and work I had to do for your staff, they forgot to return my purchase agreement and warenty paperwork
The service and troubleshooting was helpful. My only complaint is that I was quoted about 4000 dollars to replace a wheel bearing, strut and three ignition coils. That pricing is unbelievable considering I purchased the parts from auto zone for 600 bucks. I did it myself because that’s way too much money.
Started with it taking almost 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Ween I got home I noticed they installed the oil filter access panel backwards. When I went to fix it the screws were not even hand tight. While looking at the skid plate there is oil all over. Did not see leaks it just appears they never clean up spilled oil after the change. I just would have expected more from a dealership.

Ian got me in and out in record time. I told him, when I checked in, that I had a new puppy at home and didn’t want to leave him too long in his crate. Despite the fact that the service department was backed up when I checked in and my expected wait time was three hours, Ian got me out in less than an hour and a half! Great service from a great service department!
Really appreciate getting me in, as I am on the road travelling home from Wi to Calif. It is hard to find Toyota dealer along the way. My required maintenance light came on. Thank you so much.
