You overcharged and kept adding additional costs after my origional estimate. Then your service technician said the additional fees were for diagnostic which was incorrect based off of your hourly rate whith how long you had my vhicle. I told the technician the service I wanted performed. I am not going to go in detail of the rest of the conversation due to it probable won't make a difference and is only wasting my time. The point is He is a liar that hides behind his technical experience and takes advantage of peoples lack of knowledge. When confronted with his inaccuracies he still lied and tried to justify his lie. It is to bad that one individual who is suppose to help people understand the repairs needed for there car is taking advantage of them while representing your dealership. I will not be using your dealership anymore and will be enforming everyone of the services I received and encouraging them to not to use your services or purchase from your dealership

Ian provided very professional and knowledgeable service in my Toyota Tacoma involving its 100k mile service. He was quick to get my truck in the shop and a lyft on its way. Ian followed up promptly via phone call to review additional services required for my truck and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the recommended services. During the checkout process I expressed to Ian that I had a 15% off coupon in my mail box but was unable to retrieve it due to leaving my mail key attached to my truck keys which were left with the dealership. Ian was happy to accommodate and honor the discount which I thought was above and beyond what was required from him to do his job. I drove home feeling confident that my truck was taken care of and received the attention and care that all customers vehicles deserves. Bravo Zulu Ian.
