I had a total lack of communication. Every time I found anything out I had to do the calling. There's no excuse for that. All he had to do was keep me posted. Overall I'm happy with Toyota but I'm not happy with the communication or lack of communication.

If you want accurate metrics, it would make more sense to open the R.O. when the customer actually arrives. At least 2 of us were in line outside the bay door for at least 15 minutes before we could pull in and be logged in. My appt was at 8:30. I was logged in at 8:49, but my wait time should be accurately reflected. I would think that IS the customer experience you are trying to measure.
