Car was involved in an accident in the bay.The front bumper was replaced, however, there are still some substantive scratches which were not fixed.

Ian is amazing! I’ve worked in the automotive industry for 15 years. Ian listened to every thing I needed and made sure it was done when he said it would be and orchestrated the entire process. I’m truly impressed! My truck was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off and it ran amazing! My wife and I purchased the additional maintenance service plan with no idea of what to expect. Our service light went on and we didn't know where to begin. Made a call to your service center on a whim and Nick made everything absurdly easy for us. Start to finish the best service (and explanation of our plan) my wife and I have ever encountered across all consumer industries. He even ordered us transportation to and from our house so we didnt have to wait. Perfect timing too, as it allowed us not to delay our ski trip! Barring being bought out by Chrysler-Fiat (kidding), we are Toyota customers for life now. Thank you for making this so ridiculously convenient and easy.
