Wrap is not done good at all, lifting in areas all around the front and mirrors, there’s all kinds of air bubbles and stuff under the wrap. Looks like there’s a a few scratches under the wrap that were not there before.There was absolutely no scratches on this vehicle before. Not happy with this service at all. Kept my vehicle for two days and this does not look professionally done. When concerns were brought up about the lifting around the wrap I was told it would fix itself. Not happy with this service, not worth the money I paid for it.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years, which is why this last experience was especially disappointing. I scheduled the appointment because I already knew there was a leak in my Highlander’s A/C system. Paying around $200 just to be told there is a leak was not prudent. Then I was told it would cost $1,058 to add refrigerant with dye just to locate the leak, and after that I would still have to pay again for the actual repair. Who in their right mind goes to a doctor for a migraine, gets charged $200 just to be told they have a migraine, and then gets charged again to actually treat it? That is exactly how this felt. To be clear, Randy Lee’s service was exceptional, and my frustration is not with him. My frustration is with the pricing structure and the diagnostic process, which did not feel reasonable given that I made the appointment specifically because I already knew there was a leak.

Kevin is the best, we love using him for our Camry and Tacoma. When he wasn’t there, Ashley stepped in and was just as wonderful. She too was very helpful.

Ashley was fine but when I have to stand and wait for her to address my bill while she speaks at length to another customer about dogs and pets I feel unimportant. This is the second time in two visits that I have been ignored at the service desk. I do not know why I return.

Charles was awesome. He was super busy but took the time to get my windshield wipers put on even though they were missed at the initial intake. He never seemed rushed and he never complained. And he was always smiling.
