Although my car took way longer than expected, the facility was clean and comfortable. I could have easily had a zoom meeting in that space! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. My service options were explained to me and, miracle of miracles, came in UNDER the estimate! I would have appreciated knowing how long it was going to take, especially since I had a long drive home. However, I understand u see staffing happens. Randy was great, as was Kendra who answered the phone. The Lyft option was a lifesaver! Great experience all around, would highly recommend!

Ashley was friendly and amazing and helped me with a discount. My car was there three days. First due to an incorrect part being ordered. Then the mechanic got injured (felt bad about that). Then the total was three times more expensive than I expected. I keep relearning that I will pay much more for taking my car to the dealership.
