Sarah and the service team were amazing. I went in for new tires. The wrong tires were ordered, but that didn't stop Sarah and the service team. The team called around to local tire shops until they found the correct tires. Fortunately the tires were in stock and the team picked them up and installed them with in hours. Excellent customer service. The best in my opinion.

Invoice requested 170 dollars for a 40 dollar part. 65 dollars in “supplies”. 365 dollar service charge for something that has a 20 minute YouTube tutorial and a local shop offered to do for 100 dollars for the service fee. Told I could not put the diagnostic payment toward the part. Lastly, and most frustratingly, my dash cam was removed and not put back in place and when I initially inquired I was told they didn’t do it. I had to insist and then they admitted they were “got my truck mixed up with a different one”. Genuinely a pretty terrible experience.
1.5 hours for an oil change is too long.
