I wasnt satisfied at all. Sarah was not completely honest with me and the work that I needed to get done with my vehicle. Because of this, I didn't do anything else other than the diagnostic and ended up having a different place complete the service for under 200 (the valve sensor that was 765 cost 90 for the part and 100 for the labor (20 minutes). Poor communication, trying to upsell, and just not being truthful is the cause of me not coming back to do business with Toyota Motor City.
Nicholas Arbuckle was the best. He was honest. He was thoroughly helpful and explained things and all my questions.

She provided prompt updates to the service being performed and walked through the inspections recommended services as well.
