I went in for a 20k mile check up and a minor repair on a light in the back. I turned my vehicle in at 930 and the vehicle wasn’t available until 330pm. Delayed my entire day.

I just needed an annual checkup but since my car is 8 years old and my battery has never been replaced, I had it replaced. Nicholas explained that it would still function for a while but I only have 16K+ on the car and thought perhaps I would be better off with a new battery anyway.

We made an appointment for 12:15 and arrived a few minutes early. It took over 20 min to check in the car. Three different advisors asked what we needed but didn’t check us in until 12:35. The basic oil change (no tire rotation or anything extra) took almost 2 hours and cost $100. We did not feel welcome or appreciated as a customer.
