Jim went above and beyond today! He found a replacement part I had asked about over a year ago from my previous service person. I had called to check on this part only to be told it was back ordered. However, today Jim found the part in KC & scheduled my appointment for the service within 2 hours of leaving the service center!! Unbelievable customer service!!! Thank you Jim for your patience in answering all my questions today & going the extra time to find the replacement part & schedule that repair.
Ashley Malcom is such a gift to Toyota and I hope she is well taken care of there. She is an absolute gem. She has helped me for years. She makes me feel comfortable and confident in the maintenance and repairs I choose to get. Having a woman in her position is important for people like me. I’m a woman as well, and I just want to have another woman explaining car things to me. She just gets it. Also, Ashley can juggle a million things at once without breaking a sweat. Give her a raise and more days off and whatever else she wants- she’s the best!

This was my first visit with Jim. It was apparent that he reviewed my file before making the offer for service. I felt like he understood what was important to me. He was quick to advise that a part might take longer to obtain than expected. Jim followed up by phone when the service was complete, and once again having not received my response.
