Kevin was great and kept in touch with me regarding the status of the repair. The technician was very sharp to find the real problem and not choose a swap till you drop approach that would have resulted in a much higher cost. Thank you!

Just didn't feel like he cared. I Asked a few questions about my front bumper and he told me you guys couldn't fix it. Just wasn't the best experience i I've had with Toyota. Felt like he didn't care about much especially me or the car.
