It took three hours to do a routine Maintenance, oil change check the car out, rotate tires. Understand you were very busy but this was unreasonable, something is wrong when this occurs. Did you overbook? People you came in after me were long gone and I’m still waiting. Also your text explaining the charges the print was so small was difficult to read for a senior. Extra work was offered that I didn’t have a clue about, the rep should come and explain it. No personal touch?

What happened to customer service and having a conversation with your customers? Sending a text message with a bunch of add ons to the reason I'm there feels like you're just trying to upset me rather than actually giving a suggestion based on your inspection. If you actually explained some of the items, I'd probably approve of some. A text message with no explanation, no reason for suggesting them just feels like, your customers are a number and you really don't care about us. Just my $.02. I prefer a place with a conversation or personal interaction. I can't stand the self check outs at the grocery store and this is how this feels just providing my feedback for you.

Ashley did a terrific job. She was well organized, help me solve last second questions on problems. Texted me along the way with updates. She found tech agent to solve other issues I remembered. She is knowledgable, charming, polite, and a great member of your team.

Great service yet again with Sarah leading up her team that worked on my vehicle. Sarah is very courteous and keeps a great line of communication. She keeps you updated as work is being done and if there is anything that needs to be addressed. Got the vehicle back in a timely manner and work was top notch.
