It took three hours to do a routine Maintenance, oil change check the car out, rotate tires. Understand you were very busy but this was unreasonable, something is wrong when this occurs. Did you overbook? People you came in after me were long gone and I’m still waiting. Also your text explaining the charges the print was so small was difficult to read for a senior. Extra work was offered that I didn’t have a clue about, the rep should come and explain it. No personal touch?
