I was very satisfied with the job done. The advisor, Mr. Charles was on top of his job. He delivered a good service to me.
We arrived at 10am with a screw in a tire. After 1130a we were told our car had not even been started. Roughly 1230p we asked for an update and our advisor was at lunch. We were again told no update. I can understand having appointments and other customers but I do not think anything merits a tire fix taking 2.5 hours.

Ashley was the rudest person I have ever met. She didn’t want to help me with my car’s problem. Even though I showed him the paperwork about the wheel and tire protection service contract she kept asking me about it. And she kept saying she is not sure whether I have it or not. I had to get my car towed to Toyota Corwin. Thank God they are so helpful and kind. They solved all the problems with my car. And tomorrow I am buying a new SIENNA FROM THEM.

The truck i bought is broken been trying to get looked at. I Was told the service department was going to call for over 3 days and no response I am at the point I am going to return the truck. I just keep getting the run around
