3 hours for an oil change I’ll find somewhere else to go.
I greatly appreciated her excellent care and compassion, as well as her desire to educate me about my car and your service of it. I especially felt she went above and beyond in helping me be able to prioritize your treatment plan for my car so that I can get all parts of it done financially and in time for safety as well.
I scheduled my appointment online, then spoke to a manager about the service, and when I arrived, I was told the shop may not be able to get the service done the day of the appointment. They were able to get it done and I was very grateful/ relieved. I have not seen the inspection report yet for my vehicle, but I believe one was done. Perhaps I missed it in my email? I would like to see any inspection report/ recommendations. Thank you!!
I was getting my tires rotated at the 15k mi interval. Usually this service takes an hour, which is ridiculous, but I have become accustomed to that. When I pulled in the service advisor told me that it would be two hours, which is unacceptable. I drove 25 miles to have my service done on my 2024 RAV4. It’s not the service advisor‘s fault. I expressed my displeasure to the drive manager and he said they were hiring to text the next day, which of course didn’t help me at all. I said why couldn’t you call people who are scheduled for service today and let them know that it would be a two hour wait? I know why. Your dealership doesn’t want the lost revenue. Once my 24,000 mile warranty service has expired, I will look for other places to have my service done. I’ve driven Toyotas for over 30 years and I’ve never run into such poor customer service as I did yesterday.

Ashley was great, no problem at all with her. However, it should not take over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an 11:15 AM appointment and did not leave until 1:20. Seems like you are booking too many appointments at the same time…
My coolant overflow was way over full when I went to pick it up, the coolant looks like there is lots of debris in it aswell. I haven’t drove the car since and haven’t lost any coolant. overall I liked the people I dealt with and I think the work was done the right way, Jim even put a discount on for me but I am definitely worried about the state of the coolant considering how much extra $ it was to have it flushed and put right to level.
