Sarah was great on the customer service side - 5 stars! But as for the vehicle service, I’m very disappointed. I noticed a large oil leak on my driveway and when I checked the oil in my car, there was nothing on the dip stick. It was being serviced for an oil leak repair and it was there for almost 3 weeks so this is very frustrating! I cannot drive my vehicle and would like Toyota to either come to my house to fix it or pay for the tow to bring it back there and have it actually repaired at no additional cost to me.
I get VIP treatment every time. Love the Team!
