When I arrived, they were waiting for me. My service representative explained what they were going to do in order to diagnose the problem I was having with the car. While they were working, I received an update from my service rep and a phone call later to let me know the car was done, and everything was taken care of. When I arrived to pick up the car, my paperwork was ready, the service rep went through all that had been done and had my paperwork ready to go. She showed me to my car and away I went. Everything about my experience demonstrated how effective and efficient operation. Excellent service! Thank you!

Previous service I paid for air cabin filter replacement. It was never done. Thankfully I had just reviewed my past receipt and knew I had just paid for it. Also was told there was an aftermarket oil filter holder that was broken on my truck. Toyota has done all my service and the last service was done at your shop.
