I paid for the cabin filter replacement to fix why my middle air vents aren’t blowing air and they still don’t. Like they didn’t want to look further or explain and it’s probably just a connection or adjustment.

Amanda is a pleasant young lady and when the techs made some changes to my dashboard she did NOT need to call on them, she made the corrections herself.

Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my service went through smoothly and efficiently. Even when my vehicle was not ready she knew I had a trip planned and was going to use my truck. She arranged for me to use another vehicle and made sure everything that I needed fixed on my truck was ready and done when I got back.
