Amanda represented your dealership very well, however my key repl.issue was not resolved. I wanted another key made for my 2007 Highlander. After a 2 hr. Wait, was told ian additional amount(believe 199.99) was needed to dupl.existing key. I was to reschedule and return with proof of purchase. My title. I was told my existing key was a valet key. I admit. I did not A understand, and still don't.

Received the car with bubbles in the clear bra, took the car back to have the clear bra replaced which took all day and then it was still incorrect. Finally they brought a car to us and took my car to have it fixed again. Once again the clear bra has bubbles in it.
