Jim was amazing as was all of the staff that we interacted with. After a negative experience with Toyota, even though you could not cover the part, Jim went above and beyond with the help of the service team to provide a very positive experience.
From my perspective, Toyota should’ve covered the transmission or at least in part, but Jim advocated for us and was able to save us a little bit of money on the part as well as the service and gave us a loaner vehicle for the time that the repairs took. I cannot give him or the staff at the dealership a higher rating. They were all tremendous.
