Ashley was super polite and helpful. The maintenance took as long as she estimated, which was perfect.
I appreciated Amanda's warning about the lower number of mechanics that day (and thus I didn't have them check my suspension as planned), but still ended up being there nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I finally checked at the desk for an update, I found out Amanda had called my name, not sure how long before. Perhaps it was in the two min I was in the bathroom or 1 min of walking around the showroom, but I wish she'd tried again, or called/texted. I was keeping an ear and eye out for her. Checkout also felt sloppy, with me needing to request my maintenance paperwork and to return inside to get my keys, which were not actually in my car as she said. None of these were awful issues, but altogether it was a frustrating service experience.
yes randy explained something that the car was doing that no one else has explained. finally glad to know what warning light meant an that it's nothing to worry bout.
