Bobbie was an absolute peach! I have a suggestion for you in the future. You should have a portion of the filming showing the completely satisfied customer enjoying your waiting lounge enjoying your free coffee! A fully stocked liquor bar could also improve the waiting time necessary while repairs are being accomplished. To help absorb the cost of this Ford should allow the patrons to use their awards points ! The lug nuts issue should be addressed by Ford .It could be a very simple fix. See ya next maintenance requirement!

I wanted to ask about the electrical plug in my bed of my f-150. I was getting an oil change and I asked if anyone was there to help me with the question about how to turn it on. But they said that they only did oil changes and they new nothing about the plug and would have to make another appointment for the question about how the plug turned on. Just wish the service people knew at least something about the vehicles they service. Thank you!

I should’ve asked for the estimate in the beginning when I finally thought about it it was too late. I already did already finished the truck, but Bobby answered a bunch of my questions and told me about a bunch of stuff that I didn’t know about when I bought the truck And she was very helpful. Probably gonna be back again very soon.
