My spare tire wasn’t aired up and I paid for a rotation of my tires but my service writer Debbie was on the ball
Bobbie was kind and professional. Work was done in a very quick timeframe.
Service Advisor, Bobbie Pope, was very knowledgable and courteous in helping me understand what the inspection meant. She reviewed the video with me and explained it to me which made me feel more comfortable with the service I received. I am thankful for people like her to taking the time with me.

Just would have liked to have received a diagnostic report I used to receive for The Works service. The video was a nice touch but a report showing the results of all of the inspections would have made it even better.
I made an appointment for 10am and still had a 11/2 hour wait for an oil change. An appointment should’ve scheduled to get in promptly
There was some miscommunication between myself and the service representative, so it ended up with me paying for 24 lug nuts instead of 6. I wasn't pleased.
