He showed me an estimate of other charges but then said the price was wrong. He never fixed the price and the item doesn't make any sense. It's talking about spark plugs but the talks about removing the fluid. I know there isn't fluid is the spark plugs. Also couldn't tell me what my extended warranty was. Victor was a nice person though

Had a nail in tire. Report first said couldn't repair bc too close sidewall, then corrected to say bc tread too low, which i thought was odd. And in past situations like this, it was recommended to me to replace 2 tires so the tread would match up better, that didn't happen this time. These things, the high tire price, and since you didn't have tire in stock, made me want to go elsewhere for 2nd opinion. Also, just before I left, I asked if tires were rotated or not. I was told yes, but when I checked the bad tire was still in the same place. I could see the nail.
