99% satisfied. Just not sure why it took 2 hours for an oil change. I have the Preferred Plus Maintenance agreement and although it was a designated tire rotation, I said I did not need them done as I had just purchased new tires this month when I originally called in for service. In the future, I will double check when actually checking in vehicle in what services will be completed.

Horrible at returning calls. I left FOUR messages and finally left an angry message before someone returned my call. The sad thing is my sales rep warned me this is their reputation! How awful is that!!! Come on Baxter!! Do better if I’m going to buy a $60000 vehicle from you, please provide me top notch service or I’ll take it elsewhere for maintenance!

Baxter’s staff always goes above and beyond in taking care of my RAV. It’s been an excellent vehicle and that is due in part to the brand but additionally by Service Staff that care and provide exceptional service every time I need them. Thanks!!!!
