The ONLY reason that would complain at all, is because it took an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change. Other than that, the service was amazing!!’

I was pleased with the service I received. All personnel were professional and polite. I was able to communicate my needs and choices via text. In the future; however, please do return the driver’s seat to its original position. I am rather short, and I don’t like my seat reclined so much. I did adjust when I returned home. (I rarely change it, so I wasn’t sure where the lever was!) Thank you.

Daniel kept me informed about what was going on with our car. He called me 3 times with updates. He also told me about the courtesy driver so I could go home and didn’t have to sit at the dealership for several hours. Great customer service and knowledgeable!

I am so glad I received this survey because I thought about finding his supervisor today for this reason. Ethan has been at Baxter for awhile and I have dealt with him several times over the past couple of years. He has always been very kind and has given me great service. He has always answered all my questions and been very patient with me because I don't know very much about cars. On top of everything else, it's always nice to see a familiar face and deal with the same person. He recognizes me and I recognize him. It doesn't get any better than this. Thanks, Ethan!
