Nate was informative and got my car done in a great amount of time. He was very pleasant and even surprised me with a car wash! I almost cried cause it’s been a long time since I’ve had someone go the extra mile in customer service. I certainly appreciated this and I even went back in to thank him. Ethan is great, love having him as my service advisor, always Lets me know what's going on and keeps me informed on what services I need to take care to keep my Rav4 running great. The service team always does a fantastic job with my vehicle as well. P.S. Best Hot Chocolate around. Enjoy it as my car's getting serviced, lol.
