It did not reflect on Daniel It was length of time anticipated to be at dealer was longer - 1.5 hours - expected 1 hour or less Also the text explaining what needs to be done would be better done in person -allows for questions - this texting is great tracking tool but minimizes interactions with staff to the point you don’t feel like you have any connection to coming back Last time I was at your dealer service person was too much interaction So find a balance of caring but not overselling

We asked for no car wash but they washed it anyway which is fine but an oily substance was all over the hatch and rear window after the wash

Very quick service always have a great interaction with everyone, but today I get my keys back and my lanyard is missing it was in my car broken, told him about it he was very apologetic about it, but would have loved to know before finding it in my car broken! Other than that it was a great experience
