Took nearly 3 hours for a routine cheduled service visit. When I arrived aI was told it might be 1 1/2 hours, which was longer than expected. At 2 hours, I approached the service desk for an update. Victor explained that they were very short staffed and gave me a $20 adjustment, but staffing or appointments and walk-ins should have been better managed and I customers should have been kept up to date on the hour.

The man who greeted me was very nice and curtious. I got a text telling me the front driver side wheel I asked to check for repair from a low tire light. They said it was not repairable and the other three tires were cracking or something to that nature. I would need four new and a tire alignment. I had been there weeks before for an oil change and tire rotation and nothing was ever said they need to be changed. I live in Bellevue and drive clear out to your place for trusted service. I realize you all are in sales but seriously I was already spending close to 400$ and the Air bag recall was told to me when I was there for service. If I didn’t come in for service would I even know? I really feel like it’s just all about selling things there now so may just get a mechanic somewhere else where they aren’t just in for the sales. I took the tire to a tire shop and it was repaired for 35$ and they said the tires are fine for a while longer.

Not sure if my original comments were received so I’m repeating. I left an inquiry about an appointment for a faulty fuel indicator, received an appointment an hour later, and was met by Victoria who did a thorough intake, gave me an estimate of diagnostic charges and timeline, offered me a shuttle and showed me the lounge. In a fairly short amount of time he found me there to report the tech had reset the system and solved the problem at no charge. I am deeply impressed by this experience and will share it with friends who have Toyotas.
