Daniel was a great contact person to work with. I was surprised he had only been with Toyota for 4months. Very professional young man. I must admit I was shocked at the work that needs to be done plus the price. WOW I know it’s a 2014 but it doesn’t even have 50,000 miles on it yet. Doris R

I appreciate that they were honest with me and didn’t try to sell me a new set of tires ( was recommended by a tire store ). He listened to me and answered all my questions. I trust them with my van.

I hate to complain because you guys are always great. The maintenance reminder was not reset in my car after my oil change. So, the car is telling me I still need service every time I start it. My schedule is pretty crazy so it's very difficult for me to find time to bring the car in for service. I will say, I also had service done on my Corvette at another dealership yesterday and Baxter blows those guys out of the water. Their follow up text didn't even ask for feedback.

I have Baxter Toyota for 15 yrs this is the first time I have had problem with service I will have to see if they can fix problem or I will have to switch to another Toyota dealership
