Victor was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He even noticed that the tailgate was too high for me to reach unless I stood on tiptoes. He adjusted it so I can now reach it comfortably. I appreciated his kindness

Victor was so awesome to work with!! He met me at my car talked through what was going on with my car and helped me understand what was going. He was so kind! I drive by another Toyota dealership just to get to Baxter Toyota LaVista and it's because the customer service there. Victor never disappoints!
