The service was fine, however the technician that left the two videos on what he found spoke so fast and in very broken English I had no idea what he was saying. It would have been comical if it wasn’t so frustrating. Please remind your technicians to slow down and speak English

Communication was sporadic, I feel as though my sensor problem was blown off, and my car still says it requires maintenance. Which I would think would be the low bar for service, to click the service completed button.
