**** did a great job with my servicre. Looked up older recalls and updated firmware for transmission and did a transmission service. The car is running great. One thing missing was hot coffee in the waiting room.

I could not bring my car in because I’m doing chemo so my brother had to bring it and I thought when you have an appointment that they will get right to you and he had to wait also I did not ask to have my tires rotated Someone called me about my appointment and they said would you like to have your tires rotated while your car is here and I said yes cause I thought that was this part of the service that I would get And I have been trying to call for like two weeks to get a hold of someone to make an appointment and I left messages and no one had returned phone calls until I finally got a hold of the supervisor and he gave me his direct number, and told me there was anything I needed to call him
