Online appointment and requested oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation was not done. Was not charged so not a huge problem. Apparently did not print on paperwork?

Jesse came out to jump my car down the street when my battery died while I was out for lunch and when we got to the dealership he checked everything and put in a new battery,it was all taken care of quickly and Jesse was great to work with. I am very grateful for the quick and efficient response I got as soon as I called the dealership.
