I think gasoline was spilled in my car. A week later and it still smells. When I called the service dept about it I was told the smell can linger. Ridiculous I have to figure out how to get the smell out. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Shout out to Jesse Donald at the service desk. He was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.The work was completed efficiently, and I felt valued as a customer. I look forward to definitely coming back in the future as I always do for other services that my Honda Civic will need. (I had my oil changed and tires rotated today.) The reason I am unsatisfied is because my car is once again having the same message come up that came up before and was something I asked to be checked out. It was fine but later tonight it came back on. I would like it fixed asap.

Jesse is always very kind and very willing to make sure everything about my service experience is top notch. Nothing against anyone there, but the new AI that has been implement is just awful, not working well and is very frustrating because it can’t understand what is need like a real person. My advice would be to get rid of the AI.
