I originally made an apmt for Friday morning. We were in asheboro Thursday so we went ahead and dropped my car off that afternoon. We called around 2:00 pm Friday to check the status and we were told that my car was almost done. We were in asheboro and drove by and my car was sitting in the same spot from the day before. Which is totally fine. The Honda service department stays busy, we understand that. However, we were told it was almost done and it had not even been started on. Several instances of miscommunication. My hubby and I are pretty chill people and we get that stuff happens but being told one thing then another then another didn’t sit well. I know you guys value your customers a lot and I think a lot of everyone that works there so I’m sure for future appointments it’ll be better. Thanks for all that you do!
I was Very Satisfied Ramiro Guzman Services. He was very busy handling each customer in a Professional manner. He does an Awesome Job. He’s very knowledgeable in knowing about cars to help the customer needs.
