Mr Guzman refused to properly fix the door handles on my Nissan Sentra that was purchased in cash with asheboro Honda. He tried to play mind games with my daughter and sent to drive the car to ensure an error message went off! Wrong!!!! You’re the mechanic you drive the car to ensure the light is off! Bottom line my daughter and I are extremely dissatisfied with asheboro Honda! Additionally, I call no one answers the. I was advise someone will call me back and they never do! Which results in me driving to asheboro from McLeansville. It seems like asheboro Honda just cares about money instead of properly fixing a problem that stemmed from their negligence to make sure the car was in proper working order!

It was a terrible service experience. I quit going because it was just the same. Today, once again, leaves me to question if they even changed my oil! They forgot to inspect it, forgot to rotate my tires , didn’t wash it which makes me wonder did they change my oil? They said they were going to wash my car and it came back dirty. I asked to speak with the guy that drove it so I could ask him where he went in my car! They went to inspect it and failed to tell me they forgot. I left my car so they had plenty of time to do the things I made the appointment for! It seems like there are some incompetent people that are dropping the ball somewhere. Also, they put a mileage sticker for service on my car and there are handprints all over the window. Just seems like low level service. I will take my business elsewhere and unfortunately may have to buy my vehicles elsewhere as well. I love David Ford but the service department here is just not up to the level you would think they would want to be on!!
Rome was not working today and Drew was getting hammered, but Rome setup my appointment and Drew got it done. Drew had to call Rome to verify that I didn’t have to pay for my phone, so I appreciate Rome taking the call on his day off.
