I had a 12:30 appointment got there at 12:34 for a oil change an he looked at tires the were not rotated I got out at 2:04. Why so long.

I have always taken my 2011 Pilot to Asheboro Honda for servicing. The only thing I’m not satisfied with is the paint on the vehicle did not stand up as it should have but that’s on Honda not asheboro Honda. I recently purchased an Acura MDX elsewhere (because it was a great deal ) and I intend to bring it for servicing to Asheboro Honda.
I know no one will contact me. I’ve been waiting for a call from the service manager or anyone in charge for over a week. I’ve been a loyal customer with me buying my last three Hondas from this dealership. I even stopped by the dealership last week and talked to a salesman and no one was available to talk with me. It’s very clear you can sell cars but not live up to service the car. I only took my Honda to the Asheboro service department. How sad that a dealership will not notice a loyal customer.
Everything went well. The service was quick and I did not have to stay too long.
It was good they did there job had a problem and Ramiro fix it for me took a lot of stress of my shoulders and I’m coming back again
