I had an appointment for a simple oil change. The service department politely and professionally checked me in. An hour later my car had not moved, so I went to check on the status. The technician doing oil changes was just simply not doing his job and had to be told to come get my car. The lady was very apologetic for the situation that she stated should have never happened. Other than the technician the experience was fine.
