Jesse went above and beyond to help me with questions, as well as facilitating the changing out my battery without an appointment.
I don’t see the 5 point inspection sheet? I seen that the car washer was working because they were taking cars thru it!! They didn’t take my car thru the wash but they never take mine just wondering if they only take special people cars??!! I ask and she said yes we take cars thru the wash and I said they didn’t take mine so she took it thru!! I should not had to ask!!’
The technician did a fine job. But I was told my vehicle would get a complimentary car wash- which I did not receive. I understand this may seem insignificant, but when you pay 3k extra for an extended service package, and you only get 6 total (oil changes w complimentary car wash) in 3 years- i feel you should get the complimentary car wash.
Jesse was very informative and took time to explain exactly what service my vehicle needed. He was polite and treated me like a valued customer. While I was there I told my sister, who came with me, that finally customer service was being brought back to the public again. That is a valuable asset to your company.

I came in for an oil change. It was completed in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and helpful. I also ended up needing a tire rotation which was also performed for me. I was very impressed! Thank you!
I came in for NC inspection and asked to include a car wash. When I was informed that my car was ready, I discovered that although the inspection was done, my car was not washed. I know that the car wash was working because there was a car that had recently been washed. I did not have the time to go back in.

La mujer latina qie tienen en servicio al cliente enfrente es bien pesima ami me dijo que porqué mi carro tenia muchas millas en poco tiempo que para que utiliso yo mi carro y no me brindo buen servicio es primera ves que me atiende ella yo simpre tengo comunicacion con el Sr.Jesse el si save tratar alas personas con respeto, por ella no me siento bien con Honda desde el 2018 soy cliente pero no pense que ustedes contrataban personas quedan mal servicio al publico.
