Erin Cahill came in on her day off because of the tire trouble I had after it was supposed to have been fixed last week. Then she talked it over with management since the tire (new set bought from Baxters March 2024) and since this tire could not be repaired, they got me a brand new tire for no charge. I am extremely grateful to Erin and Baxter’s for the help I received today.

During previous service the service manager failed to properly install body plugs which were not installed before delivery to us. This resulted in flooding of chaos interior while caught in deep water at Nebraska State fair 9/1/25. The service of 9/2/25 failed to address this issue.

I brought my Highlander in for an oil change tire rotation, and to fix a slow leak on a tire. I questioned if the tire was even fixed, and I was right because it has sat in my garage since I brought it home and I was gone for three days and when I came back last night Sunday night, it was flat. I don’t even know if I’m gonna be able to even drive it into Baxter‘s to get it fixed if it’ll hold up that far because it’s like 40 miles one way to get there
