I had an appointment for 8:15 just for an oil change. I did not leave the dealership until 9:55. It should not take a hour and a half to change oil. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Brea went to battle with the warranty company for a new tire and won. I appreciate that effort. Thank You!

Great service

Service was fast and efficient.

No one asked me if the tires being rotated were purchased at Baxters. Therefore I was originally charged for the rotation.

I wasn’t checked in by Michael, so this really doesn’t apply to him, but my experience was awful. I had a 1220 appt. I simply wanted a tire rotation. At 1:30 I asked for an update on when I can expect it to be done, told they are just getting to it, other appt in front of me. I ended up waiting over 1:45 hrs for 4 tires to be rotated. I didn’t receive a multi point inspection sheet, I’ll assume it didn’t happen, so literally 4 tires rotated. Only reason I did the rotation there was because it’s included when I bought the tires. This is horrible service, not timely at all. I’m assuming no one will truly read this or actually care, so it is what it is. I will learn from this mistake and start going elsewhere. No worth it to me. In the event someone does read this, I would like for them to think to themselves, how long should be expected for entire rotation. A sorry isn’t needed, it won’t fix the problem. That’s the honest feedback.

I think that if you have an appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation, it should take significantly less than two hours time.

I arrived a little early for my service appointment. When I was greeted by the representative, she not only went over the reason for my appointment to verify my oil change, but also advised me of a recall they would take care of. Great service!

Service was great. I was unsatisfied with communication. I was quoted $211 for a new key fob. No one said anything about a $65 dollar labor fee. So $300 late I get a new fob with no actual key in it. They said it would be another $115. Seems ridiculously expensive. I will have to get an actual key so I would like to have that done at some point.

Stephanie was very accommodating, thoughtful, and pleasant! I came in for a tire problem and she got me right in and when she saw that I had an appointment scheduled in a couple of days for an oil change, she went ahead and had it done while I was there thereby saving me the trip of coming back. Very thoughtful and I appreciated it very much.
