Brae did a good job. Ryan was there when dropped off the truck the evening before service. He was great, but he didn’t communicate well with Brae on secondary warranty issue I brought up. Wanted them to see what needed to be done to fix a piece of trim on the door. All this caused confusion and delay at pickup. But both individuals tried to offer great service.

We drove away (the first time) thinking our service was complete and done correctly. However, the van started beeping low oil pressure as a result of a stream of oil leaking from the engine. We had to go back and wait for more service to be completed, as a result of perhaps human error in replacing the oil and filter. It took much longer than anticipated, and quite frankly lessened our confidence in getting service done there.

Please be more clear with pricing. I originally only wanted an oil change. I called and talked to Haley, she said there was a special where I could do an oil change and tire rotation for 49.95. She said "Tell them you spoke to Haley about this special." I decided to go ahead with this and confirmed it when I dropped the car off. When I came to pick up the car, the special was not applied and I was informed that you can't do both those things for that price. Please be more clear in the future so that customers know what they will be paying.

I brought my RAV4 in for service today. Brae waited on me. She was friendly and explained what service was going to take place today. My car was serviced completely and the work was done in a timely manner.

I purchased a package of services and they’ve expired. I have asked EVERY time how many services are left and NEVER was told they would expire. I have generally been treated as a nuisance and no one greets people as they walk in the door for service. Ever. I have seen it happen to others and it has been my experience every time for years. I have continued here only because I purchased oil changes when I purchased my car.

Back seats were not folded back to original position. Cover for hatchback area not put back to original position. Actual maintenance to car was fine and that’s what is most important.

I feel Jared went above what is expected of him and provided me a loaner vehicle so I could get to my job while the extra work (thanks to your technician troubleshooting)being completed. They also took care of the recalls I was not aware of.
