Ty Beel is definitely the best at Toyota service. I thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle in a very fast time. I was told that there was no availability appointment prior to October 20, but Ty asked me to drop off my vehicle and got me taken care by the Friday before . Thank you

A habitat of creating light bulbs dead for me. This is the second time that you people did this to me. Last time I was your place, a lady was serviced me that was simple and quick and no problem. And the one before last time was a headlight bulbs dead problem. And this time also back break light bulbs dead. I checked my car every day in detail. So I know my car well.

Ty was great and very helpful. The thing I was unhappy about was the nearly $50 charge for environmental fees. I could understand that for vehicle fluids like oil changes or for tire disposal. But nearly $50 in environmental fees for installing a trailer hitch seems totally unreasonable. Ty was very understanding and helpful

I am always reassured to drive my car out of town to visit grandkids or drive to bridge. The offer to give it a Wash, is much appreciated as well.The service department has a lot of influence when choosing my next vehicle. Toyota’s has been an A+ past 4 vehicles. Betsy NE

Mike, the courtesy driver was very polite & courteous and prompt. He drove me across Lincoln and picked me up later at the same address. so patient & accommodating. All your staff was courteous in the service dept. I was so grateful they caught the pump that went out and added that to the routine service that was scheduled. It was a busy day but they still made time for me. This is why we get all our cars at Baxter
