Missed an air cleaner sale by waiting until final checkout to show me it should be changed. They already went to the trouble of removing the old one to take a picture of it, which would have been the time to show me and I would have purchased it. Sale missed.

Erin was awesome! My oil change service took 2 hours and the technician identified I needed new rear brake pads but I had a sick child at home. We live 12 miles west of Toyota and slightly outside of city limits so the shuttle doesn’t service our area any longer despite being closer than nort/northeast Lincoln. Erin was able to secure a loaner vehicle for my car to be serviced today and come home to be with my daughter. She was wonderful! As a side note, shuttle service should be a mileage distance from the dealership instead of just city limits.

Baxter and the crew got me in and took all the information that was a concern to me and addressed it with professionalism, expertise, and finished it in a very timely manner. Transportation security is a huge deal to everyone. To know that I could take my vehicle into Baxter‘s and feel good when I drive out creates a good sense of security. The group is engaging, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciate their commitment to excellence!

Everywhere I've purchased a vehicle they wash it and clean the windows. Some even let me drop it off and they wash it for free. You didn't even wash the windows. Greg Young in Columbus always cleaned my Tundra. Other than that it was ok. Thanks
