I’ve never had any additional problems with my services and am satisfied with the work however the wait is very long. I’m usually waiting 2-3 hours each time I need an oil change/tire rotation service.

Service was great. I do think that to do an oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t take over an hour. Was in waiting room about 1 1/2 hours.

I am happy that they fixed what needed to be fixed but did not own up to not putting car back together correctly . Staff were very rude about it. Even the next day when I came to pick up, the young girl was very rude. I will not be returning

Y as far as I know the work done was fine. When I went to get in my car I couldn’t find it. Since when do you park cars down a long line of cars? Before it was brought inside. A nice man went and found it for me and brought it up to me. Is this what you will always be doing? Or is this a hint not to go back?

Dropped the vehicle off the afternoon before my 6 am appointment. Was not contacted until after 9 am with my update and then was updated right before 10 with service being completed. Maybe my misunderstanding of the expectations of how long the service would take to complete
