This was my first time having my car serviced at Baxter Toyota Lincoln, as I used to drive it to Baxter Toyota Omaha where I purchased it. Very friendly welcome, courteous and attentive agent. Vehicle perfectly serviced in a reasonable time frame and all my inquiries taken care of. Thanks for the great job.

I brought my vehicle in for a tire repair, and to service the TPMS sensors that were bought third-party. I spoke with representative on the phone who stated that they could not get the TPMS to connect, but the tire repair was done. However she failed to mention, and failed to text me the labor regarding the TPMS sensors. My $50 service suddenly became $210. Why I do not begrudge that labor was necessary to find out that the TPMS sensors would not work, it would have been better to manage my expectations for the 10-minute ride that I had between my car being done for $50 and getting to the service center and finding out it was 210.

Justin was very courteous and helpful and I had no issues with him whatsoever In regard to your service department, overall, I feel that you need to put on your answering service that people can schedule their appointments online as your service department never answers their phone
